  4. This is a small program written by myself, just to look at the icons that
  5. are used Windows 3.0 and Windows 3.1, it simply shows either *.ico files or
  6. even small *.bmp as much as it can fit in the icon space.

  11. It is totally freeware and no obligatory payment or any monetory exchange is 
  12. needed.

  14. The files should be copied directly into your WINDOWS directory, from which 
  15. the file can be run directly by adding the file using the new option from
  16. the program manager.
